They'd looked up at the sky and sighed waiting
For the sun to stop shining the way it did
For the days to scurry by without the seconds drag for eons
And one day it did stop shining and they sighed again
Wanting it back , for they had nothing to do but
Wait.
Wait. Sigh. Sigh.
Once againg they longed for the days when
They could get their hands dirty in the soil they worked,
But the sun rose no more on the east, making them sigh.
They fidgeted.
Let the boredom glaze over their sighs.
Wait.
Wait.
The little boy came and cried for He could not ease the sigh frenzy,
They watched Him, knowing the wait for worthless for them but who knows...
"We think of our children and their children," they said, "We want them
To see the first ray.
To feel the water beneath their feet."And they sighed.
The little boy sighed
And embraced a mother before taking leave.
"When everything's over, remember me."
"Everything will return." She smiled.
Sigh.

Friends Without Faces
We sit and we type, and we stare at our screens.
We all have to wonder, what this possibly means.
With our mouse we roam, through the rooms in a maze,
Looking for something or someone, as we with in a daze.
We chat with each other, we type all our woes
Small groups we do form, and gang up on our foes.
We wait for somebody, to type out our name.
We want recognition, but it is always the same.
We give kisses and hugs, and sometimes flirt.
In PM's we chat deeply, and reveal why we hurt.
We do form friendships - but - how, we don't know
But some of these friendships, will flourish and grow.
Why is it on screen that we can be so bold
Telling our secrets, that have never been told.
Why is it we share the thought in our mind
With those we can't see, as though we were blind.
The answer is simple, it is as clear as a bell.
We all have our problems, and need someone to tell.
We can't tell real people, but tell someone we must,
So we turn to the 'puter, and to those we can trust.
Even though it is crazy, the truth still remains
They are Friends Without Faces, and odd little names...

And I'd give up forever to touch you
Cause I know that you feel me somehow
You're the closest to heaven that I'll ever be
And I don't want to go home right now
And all I can taste is this moment
And all I can breathe is your life
Cause sooner or later it's over
I just don't want to miss you tonight
I just want you to know who I am...

From the journals of the dips*** library
Baby you are . . .
My sunny sky
My favourite high
My bed so warm
My port in a storm
My sweetest gift
My emotional lift
My best friend
'Til the end
My inspiration
My destination
My shining light
My day and night
My heart healer
My anger chiller
My pain reliever
My spring fever
My gem so rare
My answered prayer
My heart 'n' soul
My life made whole
My merry-go-round
My 'up' when I'm down
My best chance
My last dance
My best shot
My sweet kumquat
My energizer
My morning sun
My evening fun
My dancing partner
My heart's gardener
My source of laughter
My everafter
My heaven sent
For whom I'm meant
My burning fire
My greatest desire
My soul mate
My sweet fate
My dream lover
My "before all others"
My confidence
My common sense
My reason why
'Til I die,
Just in case you didn't know. . .

Dreams Part 1
dreams at times are soo weird that when you wake up... you still want to know what they WERE. Why can't we remember dreams? Some scientist tried explaining that it was some 'neurotic' connection in your brain which triggers the dream. He even said that when you're overstuffed, you're more likely to dream. An empty stomach causes horrid dreams.
Why did I start talking about dreams anyway?
If I could,
then I would
I'll go wherever you will go
Way up high or down low
I'll go wherever you will go
And maybe,
I'll find out
The way to make it back someday
To watch you, to guide you
Through the darkest of your days
If a great wave should fall
It would fall upon us all
Well I hope there's someone out there
Who can bring me back to you
Runaway with my heart
Runaway with my hope
Runaway with my love
I know now, just quite how
My life and love might still go on
In your heart and your mind
I'll stay with you for all of time

Internet Part 1 : Without It
Over the last few days, i've come to realize how MUCH one's life changes withOUT a computer. Well, yeah... family shifting to a new place and blah blah... It pretty much grossed out that we had to leave our computer behind (Pentium4!!) and come here with nothing but the detatched headphones and some USB cable wires... Whenever i opened my cupboard, there it was... and i felt like pluggin' the electric wires in my ears... It's been nearly a month since i've SURVIVED without the internet...(God help me).
But finally! I've got my internet connection (cheers!) and no more long, dreary dayz when you think, "Now what do i do?" and NO MORE thinking of shoving the wires down my ears...

Eragon ~dps~
Read this book – ‘ERAGON’ – by this guy Christopher Paolini (and he’s only 19!). Well, itz amazing… a real drag the first few chapters but you’ll be surprised that you can’t drag yourself away from the rest of the book.
It’s about this guy Eragon, who ‘accidentally’ finds a dragon egg (don’t ask me which date this book dates back to) and takes care of it. Since the dragon chose to hatch before Eragon, he becomes a Rider (as in riding the dragon). His uncle gets killed by bad people (similar to Voldemort’s men in Harry Potter… hmmm…) and it’s his quest to discover his goal and take revenge. Sounds boring? Well, it isn’t. Believe me.
Yeah, one piece of advice though – try to ‘borrow’ the book and ‘lend’ if you already have one… it's damn expensive. Can’t writers understand dat to make their books ‘bestsellers’, they’d better reduce their sky-touching prices. Christopher, are you listening ???
Mood : Light... I feel like having a boiled egg from the mess..

King of Torts

whoa, whoa!
you have gotta read this book ...
King Of Torts...by John Grisham. Kinda cool... he's a nobody at frst and then how in the blink of an eye he's the 'most eligible bachaelor' and a mass tort lawyer (a successful guy in short)... for ppl who enjoy reading abt lawyers n law practises...
Other than that... life couldn't get better :) yay, yay, yay!
